Agreement
By browsing navior.studio, subscribing, or submitting a listing, you agree to these terms. Navior (“we,” “us”) is run by one person, not a company with a legal department — this is a plain description of how the site works, not dense legal filler.
What Navior is
A directory of apps, developer tools, creators, and wallpapers. Some listings are curated by us; most are submitted directly by the makers behind them through the submission form.
Submitting a listing
Submitting is free. A listing runs through automated checks the moment it comes in — is the site real, does it match, is it a duplicate — and clears instantly in most cases, going live right away. Anything that looks off is held for a person to look at first instead of being published or rejected automatically. Every listing, live or held, gets a human look after the fact.
Removal & refunds
If we remove a listing because it fails our review — a broken link, a misrepresented product, or something that shouldn’t be there — we’ll email the maker with the reason. If that listing had an active Spotlight placement, we refund the full amount paid for it, no partial-refund maths and no argument required.
You can also ask us to remove your own listing at any time by emailing hello@navior.studio.
Featured vs. Spotlight
Featured is editorial: the best listings in a section, ranked on merit, and it is never for sale. Spotlight is a paid placement that moves a listing to the top of the board. It changes position, never our opinion — a listing that wouldn’t have made it in on its own does not become eligible by paying for Spotlight.
Spotlight payments
Spotlight is bought through Stripe. The price moves with demand — the ask is always a step above what it currently takes to hold the top spot — and a placement decays down the board over time rather than sitting there unchallenged. Because it’s a live, decaying position rather than a fixed-term slot, payments are non-refundable except under Removal & refunds above.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you submit — name, description, screenshots, deal details. By submitting it, you give us permission to display it on Navior for as long as the listing stays up.
Prohibited use
No fake or misrepresented listings, no scraping or bulk-importing the catalogue, and no abusing the submission form — it’s monitored for exactly that.
Third-party links
Navior links out to other people’s sites and products. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what happens once you leave navior.studio.
No warranty
Navior is provided as-is. We do our best to keep listings accurate and current, but can’t guarantee that every link works or every claim on a listed page is true — that’s between you and the maker.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
Governing law
